Before You Submit

• Read the final Call for Papers and confirm that your work matches the conference scope.
• Use the official template and comply with page limits once published.
• Check spelling, references, figures, tables and author affiliations.
• Ensure the work is original and does not violate third-party copyright.
• Submit through the designated conference submission system.

Review and Acceptance

All submissions will be handled according to the review process announced by the organising committee. Acceptance decisions, revisions and camera-ready instructions will be communicated to the corresponding authors.

Publication Conditions

Publication outlet, indexing, fees and final publication conditions must be confirmed in the official conference announcements. Acceptance should not be interpreted as a guarantee of indexing in any particular database.
